11.1 Age Restriction and Verification Brewmate is strictly for users aged 18 and above. In accordance with Singaporeโ€™s safety guidelines, we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover an account created by a minor, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data from our servers.

11.2 Zero-Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards the creation, distribution, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We comply with Singapore's legal framework regarding online safety and the protection of children.

11.3 Reporting and Enforcement Procedures

In-App Reporting Mechanism: Users can immediately report any profiles or messages that raise child safety concerns or contain illegal content using the "Report" button within the App.

Rapid Response and Prosecution: All child safety reports are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account bans and, where required by Singapore law, will be reported to the Singapore Police Force and other relevant international authorities.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
