1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Brewmate ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use Brewmate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
- Not have been previously banned from the App

By using Brewmate, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 One Account Per Person
- Each person may only create one account
- Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent ban

3.3 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Available Plans
- Drip (Free): Limited features
- Brew (Paid): Enhanced features
- Double Shot (Paid): Premium features

4.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) 
- All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

4.3 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings

4.4 Refunds
- Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
- We do not provide direct refunds for subscription fees
- Unused portions of subscriptions are not refundable

5. User Conduct

5.1 You Agree To:
- Treat other users with respect and dignity
- Provide accurate information about yourself
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior

5.2 You Agree NOT To:
- Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the App for any commercial or promotional purposes
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with the App's operation or security
- Use automated systems or bots
- Solicit money or financial information from other users
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Share other users' information without consent

5.3 Prohibited Content
- Nudity or sexually explicit material
- Violence or threats of violence
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Illegal substances or activities
- Spam or commercial solicitation
- Copyrighted material without permission

6. Safety

6.1 Your Safety Responsibility
- Exercise caution when meeting people from the App
- Meet in public places for initial meetings
- Inform friends or family about your plans
- Never send money to other users
- Report suspicious behavior immediately

6.2 Our Safety Measures
- Scam detection and warnings
- User reporting and blocking features
- Profile verification options
- Safety tips and guidelines

6.3 No Guarantee
- We cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of users
- We are not responsible for user conduct on or off the App
- Background checks are not performed on users

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you post
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to post content

7.2 Our Content
- The App and its content are owned by Brewmate
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
- Our trademarks may not be used without permission

7.3 Copyright Complaints

8. Privacy

9. Termination

- Upon request by law enforcement

9.3 Effect of Termination
- Your right to use the App ends immediately
- We may delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10.2 No Guarantee of Matches
- We do not guarantee you will find matches or relationships
- Success depends on many factors beyond our control

- We are not responsible for third-party content or services

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for user conduct or content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Brewmate harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of others

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

13.2 Dispute Process

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Brewmate.

If any provision is found unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect.

15.3 No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

15.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights freely.
